Toss screens aside at The Farm at San Benito and enjoy a spa menu devised for the whole family. Enticing treatments run from choco milk body scrubs and superfood hair masks to ‘lullaby’ and infant massages, teen-targeted facials and kids’ manis and pedis.

The gym at The Farm is also family-focused, with fitness options for kids and teens as well as adults.

Families can also make a splash with The Farm’s aqua wellness programme, a two-hour chance to bond and make some fun memories whilst experiencing water-based therapies such as hydraulic massage, pressure pools, gentle water therapy, cold bucket and Vichy showers and blind shower therapy.

Outside of the gym and spa, there are opportunities to get creative with mindful activities like mandala flower meditation, kids’ yoga, kite flying, nature walks, veggie picking, pet feeding and ‘mindful movements’ led by The Farm team.

Hungry kids can tuck into vegan choc chip cookies, banana pancakes, vegan nuggets, plant-based burgers and cauliflower pizzas. Or enjoy a picnic packed by the culinary team in the sprawling resort gardens.

Soothe young muscles at Alma Resort in Vietnam

Alma Resort is located on the popular Cam Ranh peninsula on Vietnam’s south central coast and has put together an indulgent spa menu dedicated to the littlest members of the family.

Tropical fruit facials, foot and hand baths and massages will soon have the busiest of kids chilled to the max.

Le Spa’s kids’ menu is aimed at six to 11 year olds, with four, gentle, 30-minute treatments - Princess Hands, My Cocoon massage, Supreme Facial Ritual and Soft Tootsies - using natural products such as organic lemongrass salt scrubs and organic orange scrubs, soothing olive oil and tropical fruits.

According to Alma’s managing director Herbert Laubichler-Pichler, you’re never too young for a bit of pampering. “Many luxury hotel and resort spas only cater to adults, but we feel it’s unfair for the kids to miss out on wellness experiences,” he said.

Teens are also welcome at Le Spa, with a selection of treatments from Le Spa’s main menu offered according to the advice of the spa’s therapists.

And if you’re looking forward to some ‘me time’ at the spa, children will be kept very busy at the resort’s science museum, water park, putting green, water sports centre, sports courts, cinema, gym and yoga room. Plus there are dedicated kids’ and youth clubs.
