Outrigger Khao Lak Beach Resort launched earlier this month and is offering special opening discount rates until April.
The 158-room absolute beachfront property is an hour north of Phuket International Airport and opens onto an unspoiled stretch of beautiful Bang Sak beach. The resort was acquired by Outrigger last year and has been completely refurbished.
All rooms, suites and villas at Outrigger Khao Lak Beach Resort come with a balcony or terrace and further amenities include the Edgewater beachfront bar and grill, a resort pool, a fitness centre - and magnificent views of the Andaman Sea.
“Guests can unwind in our swimming pool or jacuzzi while enjoying the breathtaking views of the Andaman Sea,” said Tony Pedroni, Outrigger’s area general manager for Thailand. “Our Edgewater beachfront restaurant and bar is proving very popular with a great menu and chillout atmosphere.”
Outrigger Khao Lak Beach Resort is SHA Plus certified and 100% of staff is vaccinated. Under Thailand’s quarantine-free ‘sandbox’ scheme, arrivals must pre-book their first seven nights at an SHA Plus certified hotel or resort.
One of a hatrick of new openings, Outrigger Khao Lak Beach Resort follows in the footsteps of the new Outrigger Surin Beach Resort, which opened on Phuket last December, and precedes Outrigger Koh Samui Beach Resort which is scheduled to open in July this year.
Outrigger Khao Lak Beach Resort’s opening promotion, ‘Long Stay Summer’, includes rates from US$125 per night for a Deluxe Garden Terrace Room for travel until April 18. Further perks include breakfast for two, return transfer between the resort and Phuket airport, a US$45 food and beverage credit per stay and flexible check-in/check-out.
