Tuck into a fun Easter Bunny buffet at Yamm with loads of egg-cellent fun and a yummy dessert spread. Fun activities include kids’ cooking classes, a close-up magician and a giant Easter bunny hopping around. Brunch highlights feature Easter favourites and generous roasts, with live carvings of herbed roasted leg of lamb and honey mustard glazed ham. There’s also plenty of seafood and dishes like baked lobster, grilled octopus and beef tenderloin. The hotel’s pastry chef Alexis Watrin has pulled out all the stops for a choc-tastic pud with chocolate lava cake, Easter chocolate nest and a chocolate fountain. There’s also a cotton candy station, ice cream selection, chick cupcakes and hot cross buns.

The Wan Chai hotel’s lobby café presents ‘A Taste of Easter ‘Egg-cellence’ Semi-Buffet’, with a plethora of mouth-watering delicacies like hot cross buns, smoked salmon eggs benedict, unlimited seafood, fresh salads and a carving station. Feast on roasted prime beef rib eye and roasted Australian lamb chops. Sweet treats include Easter muffins, carrot cake, marshmallow cream cake, raspberry almond crumble and mint brownies. There will also be a dedicated Kids’ Corner playground and on Easter Sunday every child will receive a complimentary chocolate egg. There will be balloon twisting from midday and families will also receive an instant photo taken at their table.

These adjacent harbourside restaurants will be launching a Spring Brunch Menu over the Easter long weekend, after which it will become a regular fixture every Saturday and Sunday from noon. The six-course feast includes four appetisers, a main course, dessert and a soft drink. A free-flow package of prosecco, wines and bottled beer is available for an extra charge. Menu highlights include freshly-shucked oysters, salmon tartare, truffle and cheese bikini, garlic and chilli prawns, chicken satay, eggs benedict, wagyu bavette with egg and fries, truffle ricotta ravioli, red Thai curry and Tuscan salmon. Puds run to mango sticky rice and tiramisu. Over the Easter weekend (April 3 to 7), youngsters can enjoy a special children’s Easter Menu with appetiser platter, choice of main course and tiramisu or gelato for pud.

The Spanish restaurant is hosting an indulgent long Easter weekend of brunching, with live music and complimentary sangría. For kids, there’s a special menu with appetiser platter, main and pud. The adult brunch includes six sharing tapas plates, a main course and a pudding, with the option to upgrade to a free-flow drinks package. Menu highlights include tapas favourites like Spanish ham, Catalan crystal tomato bread and scallop ceviche with Japanese scallops. Hot plates feature garlic chilli gambas, broken egg with chorizo and fries, and sucking pig with padrón peppers. Then select from a list of mains like truffle and ricotta ravioli, sea bass ‘Robespierre’ - pan-seared with baby spinach - and seafood paella Barcelona with river prawns, mussels, clams and calamari.

The Kowloon hotel is transforming The Place restaurant into a chocolate lover’s heaven, with an array of sweet desserts and a specially shaken Easter chocolate mocktail. Dessert counter highlights include hot cross buns, rainbow cake, Kit-Kat crunchy cake, pistachio cheesecake and assorted mini-egg chocolate cakes. There’ll also be a DIY Chocolate Mousse Pot station, where diners can decorate chocolate ‘soil’ cups with toppings and garnishes. An interactive photo booth will be set-up at The Place entrance where buffet diners can capture moments with family and friends.
