Luxury hotel group Aman has revealed it will be opening a property in Singapore.
The ‘urban sanctuary’ will be located within The Skywaters, a 63-storey mixed-use skyscraper currently under construction in the Downtown Core district of the city.
Aman Singapore will include a limited collection of Aman branded residences, Aman’s global private members club, Aman Club, and one floor dedicated to hotel suites. Interiors are designed by Kerry Hill Architects.
Another floor will become a comprehensive Aman Spa, complete with an infinity-edged pool. There will also be several dining spaces. Facilities will be for the exclusive use of residence owners, club members and hotel guests.
The branded residences will be offered in configurations of up to five bedrooms with views across Singapore.
“The launch of Aman Singapore, within the landmark The Skywaters development, marks an exciting chapter for our brand and is something our devoted community has long anticipated,” said Aman Group chairman Vlad Doronin. “With a robust pipeline including Dubai, Riyadh and Beverly Hills, and established properties in Bangkok, Tokyo and New York, Aman Singapore will embody all the hallmarks of our urban sanctuaries including intuitive service, serene design, privacy and exceptional locations. It will also serve as a key connection point to our Aman destinations across Asia for our global guests.”

At 305m, The Skywaters is set to be the Lion City’s first ‘super-tall’ skyscraper (buildings more than 300m above ground merit the moniker). The 63-storey vertical city will offer dining, retail, office and residential space and is located on a rare island site at the meeting point of Singapore’s Central Business District, Marina Bay and the future Greater Southern Waterfront. The Skywaters is being developed by a consortium led by Perennial Holdings, a real estate company headquartered in Singapore, with Skidmore, Owings & Merrill as lead architect (previous projects include the One World Trade Center in New York).
“Partnering with Aman for its first project in Singapore at The Skywaters is a testament to the exceptional quality of the integrated development,” commented Pua Seck Guan, chief executive officer of Perennial Holdings. “It also further elevates the status of the upcoming tallest building in the country as we create an extraordinary sanctuary in the heart of the Garden City, delivering an experience that redefines urban luxury living.”
Both The Skywaters and Aman Singapore are slated to open in 2028.
