New villa complex Akkulla opens in Bali's Seminyak

Villa management company Elite Havens Asia has announced it will be launching a 31-villa Balinese estate in Seminyak in October. Akkulla is set to be one of the island’s most exciting new openings of the year. Located minutes from the beach in the holiday hotspot of Seminyak, it will offer the privacy of a villa holiday alongside boutique hotel services.

The landscaped estate caters to families and multi-generational groups as well as long-stay travellers, with villa configurations ranging from one- to four-bedrooms. All villas have a private pool. Architecture across the estate blends clean contemporary lines with Balinese textures, warm timber tones, soft ambient lighting, open-plan layouts and indoor-outdoor living. Akkulla caters to couples, families, multi-generational groups and longer-stay travellers.

Communal spaces include Rasa Galleria, a lifestyle hub with dining and wellness facilties and eaturing an all-day restaurant and a wellness centre. Meanwhile, Cakra Lounge provides a relaxed space for remote working or socialising.
