The luxury Asian hotel group Shangri-La has soft-opened a new property in Shenzhen.
Jen Shenzhen Qianhai by Shangri-La is located in Shenzhen’s new central business district inside the mixed-use Qianhai Kerry Centre.
This is Shangri-La’s ninth Jen property globally, a mid-range lifestyle brand targeting both business and leisure travellers. The first Jen property opened in Singapore in 2014.
Jen Shenzhen Qianhai is strolling distance from Qianwan metro station and a 30-minute drive from Shenzhen airport.
Room categories include interconnecting rooms and suites and ‘Crash Pads’, designed for short, last-minute bookings. Guests can also use themed rooms, such as karaoke, arcade and board games. In addition, every guest room floor has a shared pantry known as ‘The Commons’ where guests have access to self-serve food and drinks.
Some guest rooms, two of the four food and beverage facilities and the four-floor Jen Active fitness centre, including two heated pools and a 2,400sqm gym, have opened, with the remaining facilities due to open over the coming months.
Rates start at RMB888 for a one-night stay in a Studio Room with breakfast and access to Jen Active.
