Vietnam contines to shape-up as a foodie paradise with no fewer than 181 dining destinations recognised at this year's Michelin Guide awards for the country.
The 2025 Michelin Guide Hanoi | Ho Chi Minh City | Da Nang has awarded nine restaurants with a one Michelin star and two with a Michelin green star. A further 63 destinations are listed as Bib Gourmand establishments and 109 as Michelin Selected restaurants.

They have been inspired by the dedication, creativity and pursuit of excellence shown by culinary professionals across the country - and they are eager to uncover even more gems in the years to come.”
