‘Cavalluna - Gate to the Otherworld’ is making its sensational Asian debut in Hong Kong this coming autumn. The enthralling show has thundered its way across Europe, captivating more than nine million spectators over 25 years, with 33 tour stops on its most recent production alone - and now it's coming to Hong Kong.

What to expect

A stunning fusion of equestrian mastery, world-class acrobatics and a magical story of courage and self-belief, Cavalluna will feature 54 captivating horses showcasing eight breeds, including the magnificent Arabian horses of the Middle East, elegant Spanish purebreds and charming Welsh and mini Shetland ponies.

Masterminded by Emmy-nominated visionary Klaus Hilebrecht, who serves as the show’s director, composer and author, Cavalluna is a breathtaking theatrical experience that blends world-class riding, powerful emotions, and storytelling using stunning visuals, exquisite horsemanship, elaborate handcrafted costumes and cinematic stage design.

The story follows Meerin, a young sorceress with a gift for bringing drawings to life, which leads to her exile. She is captured by the ruthless warlock Röndrup and his cunning niece and must confront dark forces and her own inner shadows to reclaim her lost magic.
