Reimagined starters include Sunny Side Up Eggs with prawns and caviar, fresh oysters, salmon carpaccio and dressed crab salad. Associazione Chianti

The best new Hong Kong brunches for 2026 - enjoy a Florentine feast at Associazione Chianti
Head to Florence for the weekend courtesy of this Italian trattoria’s weekend feast (albeit a ‘lunch’ rather than a ‘brunch’). The newly introduced Florentine sharing feast at Associazione Chianti is available on both Saturday and Sunday, with dishes served family-style for two or more guests to enjoy convivially. Associazione Chianti is located on one of Hong Kong’s most popular foodie streets and is renowned for its homemade pasta, great steaks and, as its moniker would suggest, an extensive Chianti wine menu. A highlight of the weekend lunch is Associazione Chianti’s Garganelli Omaggio a Camillo, or pasta with a Chianti beef ragu. Meanwhile, the centrepiece of the meal is a choice between bone-in striploin or succulent t-bone Bistecca alla Fiorentina, cooked thick-cut in Florentine style.Â
