Gourmet Pavilion is located at Wynn Palace on Macau's Cotai Strip
Gourmet Pavilion, an Asian food marketplace, launches this month, bringing together dishes from across the continent.
The palatial European-style hall at Wynn Palace on Macau's Cotai strip will host culinary brands from throughout Asia. Highlights include signature dumplings from celebrity chef Henry Zhang Zhicheng at Fat Boy Dumplings, omakase at Sushi Masa, Wumamii Beef Noodles, Taiwan’s sold-out noodle bar, celebrity favourite 328 Katong Laksa, Michelin-recommended Popiah from Singapore, Michelin-recommended Fish Congee, Chongqing hotpot phenomenon Zhu Guang Yu Hot Pot, Korean-style barbecue at Xita Lao Tai Tai Clay Stove Barbecue, Buns & Bubbles Bakery and Little 8 Cantonese Barbecue for sumptuous Cantonese roast.
Gourmet Pavilion has been created by award-winning interior designers David Collins Studio. The pavilion channels the elegance of European architecture with handcrafted mosaic archways, ornate flooring and a Bohemian feature chandelier. Diners can enjoy live kitchens as chefs rustle up gourmet dishes.
Gourmet Pavilion opens on April 29 and invites diners to raise their chopsticks and gather together for an Asian dining experience in Macau.
