Maldives

Summer fun on Vagaru Island in the Maldives

JW Marriott Maldives Resort & Spa has launched a 'Family Fun Summer' package. The offer includes a complimentary full board upgrade, inclusive stays and meals for children under 12 years of age and curated family experiences. The resort is located on Vagaru Island in Shaviyani Atoll and offers beachfront and overwater villas, all with private pools. It also boasts one of the biggest kids’ clubs in the Maldives, with a 43-foot pirate ship and  more than 100 weekly activities. There’s also a Teen Lounge with a dedicated ‘teen pool’ and computer games. The Family Fun Summer package includes daily breakfast, a three-course lunch and dinner for two adults and children under 12 years, a one-time in-villa floating breakfast, a private beach dinner for the family, 60% discount at the resort’s signature restaurants, butler service and a 30 minute photography session. 

The Family Fun Summer package is available on reservations with a minimum four-night stay made before June 15 for travel before December 20 and starts at US$855 per night.

Bali

Family dining at Grand Hyatt Bali

Take advantage of the ‘F&B All-Inclusive Package’ at Grand Hyatt Bali. Dine at the resort’s five restaurants, starting the day at the Watercourt, followed by lunch at Nampu Japanese Restaurant or Salsa Verde and, as the sun sets, opt for Balinese fare at Pasar Senggol or a three-course dinner at Namput Japanese Restaurant. The offer includes all domestic beers, wine by the glass and non-premium cocktails at Salsa Bar and Lila Cita, as well as all non-alcoholic and soft drinks. For families, the package also includes complimentary access to Oceania Kids Club and five complimentary resort photoshoots.

Bend it like Michael Owen this autumn

Avani+ Fares Maldives Resort is welcoming footballing legend Michael Owen for an exclusive kids’ football camp this autumn. ‘Football Camp with Michael Owen’ takes place from October 20 to 23, 2025, and offers youngsters the chance to train with the former England striker who has played for Liverpool, Real Madrid, Newcastle United, Manchester United and Stoke City. The camp includes coaching sessions on the resort’s football pitch with a grand finale awards ceremony on October 24. The camp is free for children aged 15 years and under and who are staying at the resort during this time. Avani+ Fares Maldives Resort was recently awarded Best Dive Resort; further on-site activities include an AvaniKids club and Teens Club, sea bob, jet ski, e-surfboards, glass-bottom kayaks, sunrise yoga, tennis coaching and workout sessions at AvaniFit.

Rooms start from US$1,000 per night for a family of four in a two-bedroom Beach Front Pavilion (half board). 

Thailand

The resort opens on Koh Phi Phi in May

Centara Hotels & Resorts is offering special launch rates at its latest property, Centara Villas Phi Phi Island. The villa retreat opened on May 1, located by the crystal waters of the Andaman Sea. The resort offers an infinity pool, direct access to the ocean from the resort deck, a spa, a variety of dining options and activities for families. The island resort is a two-hour ferry ride from Phuket. Complimentary package extras include daily breakfast for two, a daily resort credit of THB500, early check-in and late check-out and if you book a minimum of three consecutive nights, you can enjoy complimentary round-trip boat transfers from Tonsai Pier in Phuket.

The special aunch rates are available from now until October 31, 2025, and start from THB5,500 per night.
