HK Express will be operating a daily flight to Kuala Lumpur
Low-cost carrier HK Express Airways is launching a new direct route between Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur.
The service starts on August 1 with daily flights to Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport and marks the second destination in Malaysia for HK Express after Penang. Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport serves as the main international airport for Kuala Lumpur and is 30 minutes from the city centre.
Flights depart Hong Kong at 4.35pm every day and arrive in the Malaysian capital at 8.30pm (local time). The return service leaves Kuala Lumpur at 9.30pm and lands back in Hong Kong at 1.35am.
To celebrate the launch, HK Express is running a promotion for both the Kuala Lumpur and Penang route with ‘Ultra-Lite’ one-way fairs starting from HK$88 and ‘Lite’ one-way fares starting from HK$118. Travel must take place between August 1 and October 25 for Kuala Lumpur and between June 21 and October 25 for Penang. Head online for more details.
