Mandarin Oriental Bodrum opens sparkling new dining spaces

Sparkling views from Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum - who could resist?

Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum has welcomed two new restaurants for the 2021 summer season. Atelier Di Carne and Hakkasan both launch at the Turkish resort, boosting an already extensive range of dining options.

Atelier Di Carne is a collaboration with the US-based Disruptive Restaurant Group which operates global brands including Katsuya, Doheny Room and Cleo. It will be helmed by Italian butcher Dario Cecchini, who appeared on Netflix’s Chef’s Table series. Dishes will feature ethically sourced meats and seasonal vegetables paired with an eclectic selection of cocktails and wines.

And award-winning Chinese restaurant Hakkasan has reopened at the resort. Hakkasan originally launched in London’s Soho in 2001 specialising in modern Cantonese dishes. It has since opened outposts in the US, the Middle East, India and Asia. Hakkasan Bodrum enjoys an open-air setting with views across the Aegean and will also be welcoming live music acts for this coming season.

Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum is cocooned on a 60-hectare coastline on the north side of the Bodrum peninsula at Cennet (Paradise) Bay. Views stretch over the glittering waters of the Aegean Sea and its bobbing yachts. It has been constructed on a series of levels nestled into the hillside and is surrounded by ancient olive groves and pine trees. It offers rooms, suites, villas and ‘lifestyle apartments’ which boast the largest accommodation in the area.

Along with the new dining options, further attractions include two private beaches, a spa and activities for children including kids’ clubs, children’s menus and a nanny service. There’s even a heli-pad should one be required.

The resort is now offering a 'Travel Again' package with savings of 20% off best available rates until June 30, 2021.
