The best in fashion, wellness, dining and the arts. This is your weekly lifestyle round-up by Ifat Hindes
In a world that often feels like it's spinning a little too fast, I’m constantly looking for the anchors - the people, the craft, and the quiet intentions that remind us to breathe. This week is a celebration of exactly that, from the soil-to-skin philosophy of regenerative design to the analogue rhythm of a needle dropping on vinyl. Here is what’s moving me right now.
Fashion

Hong Kong clothing brand Frey has launched a collection celebrating natural fibres
FREY: In a sea of 'fast fashion', I’m loving the African Meadow collection. These pieces are a quiet meditation, prioritising natural fibres - breathable summer wools and bamboo - that move with you. It’s a gentle reminder that when we strip away the noise, we find an elegance that feels grounded and real.
WOLF: The stunning new Earth collection (launching April 22nd) is proof that luxury can be mindful. These watchwinders use an innovative material derived from apple waste, but remain high-performance and deeply respectful of the craftsmanship it houses.
CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN: Bridal began here as a labour of love for an inner circle of friends. Whether it’s the bold, audacious imprint of the transparent stilettos or the bespoke 'lucky blue' soles, these are shoes designed to be talismans of your own personal love story.
POTATO HEAD: Collection 004 – The Seeds of Life is a masterclass in regenerative design. Under creative director Lisa Yamai, Potato Head has woven ancient Aksara Bali motifs into organic fibers dyed with mangrove bark. It’s a sophisticated study in how fashion can act as a vessel for culture, honouring the past while evolving for the modern world.
ALICE + OLIVIA: Stacey Bendet’s The Gilded Age is a high-octane celebration of feminine power. By reimagining Victorian corsetry for the 21st century and bringing back the 'going-out top' as a hero piece, she proves that glamour is never frivolous - it's a force of nature.
Dining

Relax with a browse at the LANG x Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui pop-up
LANG X KIMPTON TSIM SHA TSUI: Until April 30, the Slow Down, LA Style pop-up at Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui is the sanctuary we all need after the rush of Art Month. It’s a curated invitation to reset through mindful design and quiet reflection in the hotel's 15/F Lobby Living Room.
NESPRESSO: The Summer Bloom collaboration with Dua Lipa brings a much-needed Mediterranean energy to our morning ritual. It’s a lovely way to find a little more rhythm and optimism in that first daily caffeine hit - visit the IFC boutique to see the sun-drenched displays.
FELIX at THE PENINSULA: Every Thursday, the Analogue Record Series invites us to lower the needle and savour the moment. With vinyl sets from luminaries like Roy Malig and nostalgia-infused cocktails, this is a soulful study in analogue vitality set against the glittering Victoria Harbour.
TIFFIN at GRAND HYATT: Until June 28, the Spring Sparkle collaboration with Saicho explores the unhurried pleasures of tea. Whether it’s a gift box for a loved one or an afternoon spent over Jasmine-poached pear, it’s a beautiful way to honour seasonal rituals with a modern twist.
Arts & events

Enjoy a 'wellness buffet' at Mannings BoostUP on the harbourfront
MANNINGS BOOSTUP: Wellness is always better when shared and this 'wellness buffet' takes over West Kowloon on April 25 and 26. From high-energy sessions to quiet meditation with the healing voice of Yoyo Sham, it’s a reminder that the best way to 'be a better me' is by gathering energy with our community.
COCO CAPITÁN: Capitán's Hong Kong debut, Imagination Investments, is a profound highlight. Don't miss her participatory art installation, Memory Adoption Bureau, on the 67th Floor of One Island East (until April 26), inviting visitors to 'adopt' forgotten, anonymous photographs and encouraging a personal connection to collective memory.
Health & Beauty

Check out Charlotte Tilbury's Pillow Talk in Bloom at Harbour City
CHARLOTTE TILBURY: The Pillow Talk in Bloom collection is all about that 'just-kissed' garden magic. Catch the Harbour City Pop-Up (until April 21) to experience the pH-powered glow of Tilbury's new Blush Balm - it’s a lovely way to help your natural beauty truly bloom.
FARMACY: Wrapped in a Cloud is a beautiful study in breathable hydration. Using farm-sourced Hawaiian White Honey and upcycled calendula, this cream feels like a warm embrace for the skin. It’s light, intentional, and does exactly what it promises.
AESOP: The new Resolute Facial Concentrate is a grounded, thoughtful approach to aging. After a decade of research, Aesop has created a retinoid formulation that respects the skin’s natural rhythm, offering potency without the irritation.
TOM FORD BEAUTY: To celebrate Black Orchid Reserve, Haider Ackermann recently hosted an ethereal dinner in Seoul as magnetic as the scent itself. Using 'headspace technology' to bottle the elusive Ghost Orchid, it’s a luminous contrast to the dark spices we’ve loved for years - a reminder that even our favourite classics have room to grow.
