Looking for a delicious dining experience in Bali? These are three of the best spaces to launch in recent months
Fire at W Bali - Seminyak

Bali's hottest new restaurants summer 2026 - Fire is offering a wood, fire and ash dining concept
Fire at W Bali - Seminyak has relaunched with a wood, fire and ash dining concept. According to the restaurant, the focus is on delivering “top-tier comfort food, elevated by time, depth and layered complexity.” To complement the experience, a brand new Wine Wall has been added to the space, showcasing a curated, limited-offer selection of bottles, selected to pair with the smoky nuances of the menu.
“Fire is one of the most powerful elements of cooking,” said Steven Peter, the resort’s executive assistant manager of culinary. “With this new concept, we wanted to create a dining experience that celebrates transformation in every sense - from ingredient to plate, and from meal to memory.”
The reimagined menu is the result of a collaboration between senior sous chef I Made Sember, who has been with the kitchen since the resort’s pre-opening, and French executive sous chef Jules Winckler.
Highlights include the Butcher’s Block, a curated selection of premium meats cooked over open fire; dry-aged duck combining crispy duck breast with potted leg confit; and reef fish crudo with yuzu and smoked crème fraîche. Tempting puds feature a dark chocolate soufflé with spiced chocolate and sorbet, and a charred lime pie.

Cure Bali at Regent Bali Canggu

Bali's hottest new restaurants summer 2026 - Cure meshes European techniques with Asian flavours
Cure Bali has opened within the freshly launched Regent Bali Canggu. The creation of Michelin-starred chef Andrew Walsh, the restaurant mixes European techniques with Asian flavours.
This is the first time Cure has opened outside of its birthplace in Singapore, where the original restaurant won its first Michelin star in 2021.
“Opening in Bali felt like a natural evolution,” said Walsh. “The island carries an incredible energy, a deep culture of hospitality and extraordinary produce.”
The cooking focuses on seafood, premium meats and seasonal produce with a sharing-style menu. Highlights include the ‘giant river prawn’, a charcoal-grilled prawn paired with tom yum relish and a prawn dumpling and finished with a rich herb bisque, while the ‘Hokkaido scallop’ draws inspiration from ‘mangut’, a traditional coconut broth.
The dining room is complemented by Bar Nua, an intimate seaside cocktail bar. ‘Nua’ is the Irish word for ‘new’ and the bar revisits classic cocktails using modern culinary techniques, Asian influences and locally sourced ingredients. And look out for a soon-to-be-opened 12-seat open kitchen experience, Curing Room.
Cure adds a new dimension to the Regent’s culinary offerings and is a tasty new dining address within Canggu’s evolving dining scene.

Loloan Coastal Peruvian at Raffles Bali

Bali's hottest new restaurants summer 2026 - tuck-in at one of Bali's best beachside dining spots
Loloan Beach Bar & Grill has evolved into Loloan Coastal Peruvian with a deliciously refreshed menu at one of Bali's finest beachside dining spots.
Loloan takes its name from the Balinese word for estuary; the dining space is located right on the sand on the oceanfront edge of Raffles Bali in Jimbaran Bay, with a secluded private beach and uninterrupted views of the Indian Ocean on one side and views towards Mount Batukaru and Mount Agung on clear days. If you’re looking for an evening spot, it’s worth knowing that this is considered one of the best sunset spots in Jimbaran.
The menu brings together the freshness of the ocean with the warmth of woodfire cooking, with inspiration from the fishing traditions of Bali and Peru. Fresh ceviches and delicate tiraditos are served alongside plant-based dishes and meat-based fare prepared over the live grill.
Moving from day to night, Loloan is a casual, sociable space by daylight, perfect for a memorable lunch by the sea. As evening falls, the grill ignites, candles are lit in the dining room and the bar transforms into a cocktail crafting performance space.
Loloan is open to local residents as well as resort guests.
Loloan Peruvian Coastal, Raffles Bali, 12 to 10pm, raffles.com.
