Just in time for its milestone 25th anniversary, Anantara Hua Hin Resort - the original Anantara property that launched the globally renowned luxury resort brand - has unveiled a major transformation. The resort blends its Thai village style with a fresh, family-friendly energy, with experiences for families and youngsters in this coastal escape.
Anantara Hua Hin’s sprawling grounds offer plenty of space for both relaxation and play. The refreshed main pool is the perfect hub for sunny family days, with upgraded lounging areas shaded by mature trees. Families can enjoy splashing in the main pool together, while grown-ups can sneak away to the tranquil lagoon pool and bar for a peaceful moment. The original sea frontage has been extended for seamless access to the resort’s beachfront.
For guests who like to stay active, the expanded Active Zone now includes outdoor recreation and fitness equipment. Families can enjoy games of pickleball, padel ball or tennis, or try their hand at rock climbing, cycling, or even Muay Thai boxing in a dedicated ring.
The all-new Kids’ Club offers separate zones for reading, gaming, imaginative play and outdoor activities. Children can choose their own adventures, from exploring the treehouse, or cosying up with a book in the reading nook or enjoying the PlayStation gaming area.

For hands-on fun, the Mini Farm is home to chickens, pygmy goats, peacocks, fish, and lush greenery, inviting little ones to feed the animals and learn about sustainability and nature in an engaging way.
The resort’s 171 newly renovated rooms and suites offer comfort and flexibility for families. Choose a Garden View Room with balcony or terrace, or enjoy direct pool access from the exciting new Pool Access Rooms. Larger groups can stretch out in the Two-Bedroom Family Suites, perfect for multigenerational families and featuring two ensuite bathrooms and plenty of space to relax.
Families who love the water can opt for a Two-Bedroom Family Pool Suite, complete with a private pool.
As for dining options, Sea. Fire. Salt., the newly reimagined beachside restaurant, offers family-friendly dining with fresh seafood and grilled favourites prepared on Himalayan salt bricks. Rim Nam invites guests to share authentic Thai dishes, while Issara Café’s colourful breakfast spread fuels guests for the day’s adventures.
“Anantara Hua Hin has always been about bringing people together,” said James Sutcliffe, General Manager. “With these renovations, we’ve made the resort even more welcoming for families, ensuring that everyone – from toddlers to grandparents – can enjoy the magic of Hua Hin and the warmth of Thai hospitality.”
