Cathay Pacific will fly direct to Seattle from March next year
Cathay Pacific is restarting flights with Seattle next spring with five direct flights each week.
This marks the airline’s ninth destination in North America and underscores Cathay’s efforts to expand its network and frequencies to this part of the world. It will also be increasing its flights to Dallas-Fort Worth to a daily service from October 25.

“We are excited to resume direct passenger flights to Seattle reinforcing our goal to deepen business and cultural ties between Hong Kong and a dynamic tech hub in the United States,” said Cathay’s chief customer and commercial officer, Lavinia Lau. “This route not only provides greater convenience for our customers, but also supports the growing demand for connectivity between Asia and North America, particularly among travellers from the Chinese Mainland and India.”
The new five-times-weekly service complements Cathay’s packed 2026 North American summer schedule, which includes more than 100 return flights a week between Boston, Chicago, Dallas-Fort Worth, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Toronto and Vancouver.
Tickets for the Seattle service are now on sale with round-trip economy fares starting from HK$5,060 during a special promotional period that runs to October 31.
