Changi Airport launches Sentosa Island tour for transit passengers - take a tour to fill time
If you’re laying over in Singapore’s Changi Airport, you can now kill some time with a free guided tour of Sentosa Island.
Passengers must have at least five-and-a-half hours to spare for the two-and-a-half hour tour that takes in some of Sentosa’s most popular attractions. The tour calls at Resorts World Sentosa and the new Sensoryscape, a 350m walkway with immersive sound and light shows, Siloso Beach and also heads to the hilltops for some panoramic island views. Passengers also have the opportunity to add tickets for Wings of Time Fireworks Symphony, an open-air night show overlooking the water featuring lasers, fireworks and music.
To register for the tour, take your passport, boarding pass, tour booking confirmation and entry visa (if applicable) to the appropriate service counter in the transit area (before immigration clearance). If landing at Terminal 2, head to level 2 Transit Area, for Terminal 3 go to level 2 Transit Area and passengers arriving in other terminals should take the Skytrain to Terminal 3.
The tour runs from 7 to 9.30pm. Transit passengers must have a layover of at least five-and-a-half hours and no more than 24 hours at Changi Airport and must report to the appropriate service counter 90 minutes before the scheduled start of the tour (before 5.30pm). Your flight departure time must be after 11.30pm. Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
