Santa Hall opens on November 17 at Pacific Place.
Hong Kong’s Pacific Place has released details of its annual Christmas event. This year the shopping mall will be welcoming ‘Christmas on Parade’, which it describes as a “spectacular array of floats, giant balloons and performers".
Santa will also be available to meet in-person in Santa Hall. Book tickets in advance to come along to say hello, chat about Christmas lists and take that all important photo.
There will also be a variety of Christmas activities and workshops for children to enjoy, including signing them up for the intriguing sounding Santa Squad Training. Further attractions include driving Santa’s sleigh using augmented reality technology, or spinning the decks at the Christmas DJ booth.
The Christmas celebrations run from November 17 to January 2. Online registration opens at 11am on November 17 and the website goes live from November 1 if you’re looking for more information. Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and all proceeds will be donated to local annual charity fundraising event, ‘Operation Santa Claus’.
