The afternoon tea has been crafted by Kowloon Shangri-La’s skillful culinary team and takes inspiration from IPSA’s key ingredient, honey, and comes beautifully presented in a floral golden birdcage.
Tantalise your tastebuds with shrimp burger and honey mustard in a green tea bun, tuna tataki in honey yuzu sauce and caviar and a sushi sandwich stuffed with roasted duck, cinnamon and honey. Sweet treats include baked cheese tart with Japanese strawberries and yuzu curd and ivory panna cotta with Manuka macerated berries. The tea tray is also complemented with yuzu and matcha scones. And every tea set is paired with a complimentary IPSA skincare gift set worth HK$300.
The Blissful Radiance afternoon tea is available separately from the staycation package and costs HK$658 for two people. It will be available from March 14 to April 30, with a dine-in period from 3-6pm and takeaway pick-up available from 12-5pm.
