Sustainability has been at the forefront of the build and the property has recently received WELL Pre-certification from the International WELL Building Institute. The pre-certification recognises the project’s intent to implement health and well-being strategies that will be third-party verified on completion. It’s the first hotel project in Hong Kong and mainland China to receive such certification.

The hotel enjoys views over the South China Sea.

The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong earned the WELL recognition based on its environmental intent in ten categories of building performance, including air, water, nourishment, light, movement, thermal comfort, sound, materials, mind and community.

When open, The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong will offer guests and employees a range of wellness experiences, including urban farming, aqua yoga, hiking, meditation, forest bathing, tea ceremony rituals and dance, movement and music therapies.
