Meet Santa at Pacific Place this Christmas - the big reveal of 'Ticket to Christmas'
Pacific Place is transforming into a winter wonderland this month with the big reveal of its Christmas 2025 installation.
This year, the shopping mall will be unveiling Christmas Grand Central, where visitors will be able to enjoy a ‘Ticket to Christmas’ with a magnificent festive train ready to whisk them away .
The main installation will be located at the Garden Court on level one, with other decorations and workshops scattered throughout the mall and Starstreet Precinct.
Online ticketing for Santa visits and workshop bookings opens at 11am on November 14. Get in quick as tickets sell-out fast every year.
What we know so far
Here’s a glimpse of what's in store this year:
Immersive train rides and magical installations - hop aboard the train for a quick, animated ride to Paris.
The Santa Express - otherwise known as Santa’s grotto, this is where families can meet Santa, have a framed festive photograph taken and enjoy a sweet treat. Tickets must be bought in advance and proceeds will be donated to Hong Kong charity, Operation Santa Claus.
Festive workshops - step into the Station Café to craft Christmas gifts like Christmas cake candles, stained-glass timepieces and Christmas wreaths. Bookings must be made in advance.
Live performances - a jolly programme of musical theatre and surprise flash mobs.
In addition, there will be a Wonderbox merchandise shop and seasonal shopping rewards, such as vouchers and Christmas treats.
