The freshly launched Mediterranean restaurant at the Hong Kong Museum of Art is laying on a fantastic festive spread as it prepares to celebrate Christmas for the first time. The traditional three-course menu includes house baked bread, slow-cooked turkey breast served with brussels sprouts, cranberry gel, potato puree and chicken jus, or wagyu ribeye with parsnip puree, honey-roasted carrots and beef jus. A vegetarian option features cauliflower steak with smoked eggplant puree and potato salad. Finish with a Milan-English trifle or yule log.

Hong Kong’s oldest Italian restaurant is laying on a feast with plenty of cheer this year. A series of festive menus are available throughout December - think cosy, generous and full of flavour, with a special Christmas set dinner available on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The meal begins with a vellutata di Castagne, a creamy chestnut soup with mushroom and truffle that takes its inspiration from northern Italy. To follow is pappardelle al cioccolato e tartufe, chocolate-infused pappardelle pasta with truffle sauce, while the hearty main course consists of Mediterranean red snapper or slow-braised beef cheek. For pudding there's traditional panettone and creamy mascarpone.

The Central-located restaurant presents a special Christmas Menu this year which is available throughout December.
