The hotel will be laying on a Festive Brunch Buffet and a Festive Dinner Buffet on Christmas Day at The Food Gallery. The buffet features a yummy array of tempting treats, including chilled seafood, turkey roulade with chestnut stuffing and bratwurst sausages carved to order. Sweet treats from the Christmas dessert station run from traditional panettone to chocolate chestnut cream puffs and apple strudel. The Festive Dinner Buffet includes live cooking stations, plus highlights like honey-glazed hams and beef wellington. Christmas stöllen, yule log and traditional figgy pudding round things off nicely.

The Lounge will be conjuring up delicious Festive Brunch and Dinner Buffet options with views over Hong Kong’s twinkling skyline. The Christmas Brunch Buffet includes delights like fresh lobster and crab, caviar, Ibérico ham and a sashimi station. There’s also a Teppanyaki station plus highlights like baked lobster thermidor, roasted beef tenderloin, herb-crusted rack of lamb and, of course, roast turkey. Meanwhile, JW Café will be hosting a Grand Buffet Dinner with seafood, omakase selections and a carving station with whole roasted turkey.

Tuck-in at the fabulous Lobby Lounge, with stunning views across Victoria Harbour. The lounge will be serving a sumptuous four-course set dinner on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, with roast turkey among other tasty treats. The hotel’s Nobu restaurant will serve a stunning eight-course omakase dinner on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, with Nobu-style sashimi and grilled A5 wagyu. And The Steak House will present an award-winning dining experience on Christmas Day with prime cuts of beef and a salad buffet.
